Suzie’s Sydney list

I’ve been living in Sydney for at least 18 months now and while I am based here, there’s a part of Melbourne that lingers within me. I still dress like I’m in winter sometimes.

Sydney is known for their scenic beaches. Truthfully, I am not the biggest sand in my shoes fan but there’s plenty to do, drink and see in this city. My thing for now seems to be trying out all the fried chicken and ramen in Sydney.

Feel free to add to the comment and add to the list.

ONE SYDNEY BINGE-OUT
The best part is that they are right next to each other, less than a minute walk from each bar/restaurant (I promise). Who doesn’t love an easy night out at Surry Hills

1. Play Bar
– Live music/dj and it’s underground. Reminds me of Melbourne

2.Wild Rovers
Hidden behind a green door, it serves beers in a cold metal canister. Super cool

3. Tio’s
– A Mexican bar with cool tatt-hipster bros, full of fun, there’s a whole row of bras behind the bar. Try their margaritas.

4. Ko & Co Soju Bar
A small Korean Fusion, check out their tacos

5. Spice I Am
– A popular Thai restaurant with the best spicy and crispy pork belly

6.Madame Nhu
Gourmet Pho (aka Vietnamese rice noodle soup)
